Here is the best (I think) ZAPF acoustic for all DB2020 Phones. DB2020 Phones like- W610i, K550i, W880i, K800i, K810i, W580i etc.

This acoustic is called Peter’s acoustic V2. It is recommended to use this acoustic with the R8BA024 firmware.
